I am not going to think about this episode.People die all the time in real life. Unexpectedly, and young, and they leave devastation in their wake and people who never recover, not really.
That happens on Grey's, too. Dylan. Denny.

Because I cannot watch Derek and Christina if it's Meredith.

Well I'm convinced that Denny is going to encourage Meredith to "return" based on the final scene last night. I think Meredith is safe. She is too central a character to get rid of her.

although, they did say it would be devastating, hmm...
I can't imagine the writers would kill her off and the press wouldn't be all over it. Everytime a major star leaves an episode there is a lot of hype...so, my bet is she will return having had an afterlife experience which will change her...? I wait with baited breath for next week...
shonda rimes is messing with us! i can hardly bear the suspense. even my love-hate relationship with derek is paused right now, because he will just be too wrecked if meredith dies. and christina?! she'll come undone. now i'm feeling te need for a grey's post coming on! LOVE your blog, by the way! just discovered it today!
OK I finally caught up and watched last night's show.
Was Christina more likeable in previous years? I started watching with the start of this season. I cannot seem to warm up to her character at all.
I worry about how the rest of them esp. Derek would deal but Christina seems way too self-centered for it to have much impact.
