First let me thank you for stopping by my journal I do appreciate your time and comments.
Now in answer to your question I am learning html a bit at a time. The template that I am using came for http://www.isnaini.com/blogger-templates/1/ There are a lot of nice ones there and he even has I page on how to apply them to you journal. As I become better with the html I hope to be able to design my own, but that is down the road.
